Carolina — Brazilian cyclist and expedition leader

Hello!

I’m Carolina, a Brazilian cyclist and expedition tour leader who believes the best way to discover a place is by bicycle.

Over the years, I have led multi-day cycling journeys across diverse and remote regions around the world, from crossing the Americas to adventuring through Central Asia, India, Japan, and beyond.

These journeys have taken me across remote mountain ranges, deserts, and high-altitude landscapes where careful logistics, adaptability, and endurance are essential.

Along the way, I began to wonder about riding in Brazil—my home country. Drawing on my experience and the advantage of being a local, I embarked on several self-supported cycling journeys exploring Brazil from north to south.

During these travels, I noticed that there is little information available about riding in Brazil, and very few cycling companies offering tours here.

I felt a sense of responsibility to create a Brazilian cycling experience myself and share these roads with fellow riders who are eager to explore unusual yet truly unforgettable destinations.

Come ride in Brazil with me and discover the unexpected.

John supports the expedition in the field as expedition guide. A long distance cyclist with a background in geological interpretation and extended expedition travel, he brings mechanical field competence and insight into the mineral landscape that shaped the region’s gold, diamond, and iron history.

The first edition is an invitation: to ride across Minas Gerais, to share meals, and to experience a region that reveals itself gradually — one climb, one village, one shared table at a time.
